Wayward Strand is a touching emotive narrative that is woven together from many distinct threads, all of which take place simultaneously on an airborne hospital in 1970s Australia.
Wayward Strand lets you take the part of Casey Beaumaris, an adolescent girl that visits the hospital for her first visit in a while. Through three days, Casey will examine the story of the ship, as well as the life of the people who live there, and how they relate to their fellow passengers.
After arriving, she is able to look around the cabins that house the ship’s bizarre and charming residents. She can choose who she wants to spend in the company of, as well as get acquainted with them. You can shadow staff members as you look around. Or you could explore the vessel and discover the dark history of the ship.
The patients at the hospital are a diverse group, having a myriad of different personalities some are charming while some are different from others – each having their own dreams their own desires, goals, and dreams. Residents do whatever they wish, regardless of the persona of their character.
Over the course of three days Casey spends on the ship in the ship, the people around her have their own lives to tell and stories that she could investigate. The characters move and act in their own way in their own way, according to their own personal timeline and sharing information with each others, expressing opinions; fighting; joking; gossiping – or having a chat with Casey as she passes through.
When Casey examines the airship as well as its numerous interconnected stories as she explores it, she’ll discover the impact of her actions will be far more powerful than her expectations.Key Highlights: A deep Story The game features more than a dozen characters, each with their own timeline and story.
